My name is Oliver. I grew up in Taichung City. I am the Chief Technology Officer and Lead Manager of Survey Department, responsible for improving efficiency and increasing performance while managing the survey department's overall operations. I gain my master’s degree in NTU Civil engineering department, and my research topic is applying photogrammetry in structure monitoring. I have over 8 years project management and field experience in nearshore and offshore area. I will love to share my knowledge and strong application ability with you.
