Ethan has dual master’s degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering and in Applied Economics from University of Michigan. He has served in Maersk Group and specialized in business management in the marine industry before joining IOG. In IOG, Ethan is mainly responsible for developing both the business and operational strategies.

The commerce department is responsible for contacting relevant Taiwan's offshore wind market companies. We collect and organize information about the offshore wind market in Asia and conduct future group development feasibility analysis. Additionally, commercial department support the marketing department to promote the business branding.
