“Passionate, Persuasive, Pervasive and Trustworthy” The 3P1T is what Sandy came up with over the years working as a HRBP. This has greatly shaped the way she perceived work.
During the school life at National Taiwan Normal University of Human Resource, she acquired expertise of human resources, established foundation of management, and developed the deep-thinking and problem-solving abilities. Sandy is currently working in Thales as HRBP. Holding this position, Sandy highly values "communication skills". She takes everyone as a family member; through communication, they can improve the institution and policies to align with the business strategies. With the insights and expertise gained years of experience, she is glad to have this great opportunity to contribute her knowledge to the interns.
