⭐️ Duties & Responsibilities
・Support and execute event organization: understand requirements for each event and plan events with attention to financial and time constraints.
・Coordinate with vendors (catering, transport, venue, etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost.
・Coordinate and support the event onsite or online and ensure smoothness of operations.
・Evaluate event’s success and propose improvement plans.
・Manage FTT communication around our initiatives and events (social media, CRM, Website).
・Continually monitor and track projects’ progress ・Ensure good coordination with the team and the projects/events’ stakeholders.
・Participate and prepare weekly meetings with the Executive Bureau.
・Document all related processes and workflows.
・Bachelor degree or above
・Proven experience working in event/project management
・Full working proficiency in Mandarin
・Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; French is a plus.
・Experience with social media
・Ability to work on simultaneous projects.
・MS-Office, Trello/Asana, Slack, DocuSign/DocHub, Design program (Canva, AI or photoshop)
