International Talents+

NTU’s 2023 Campus Job Fair gathered a notable 422 companies from around the world, including startups representing diverse industries such as biotech, Edtech, and IoT. During the job fair, NTU’s Office of International Affairs (OIA) took charge of the “International Talent & Impact Zone,” whose aim is to connect international students with companies in Taiwan. With the help of the European Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan Low-Carbon Initiative, this year’s topic focused on the emerging global issue of “sustainability.” 

Some participating companies included IoT startups like Ubiik, organizations like Taiwan Startup Stadium, and tech companies like CakeResume, to name a few. The event surpassed the expectation levels from students and organizers alike as this year’s “International Talent & Impact Zone” assembled more participants, recruiters, and sponsors in relation to last year’s event. 

Apart from events like the “International Talent & Impact Zone,” NTU OIA also implements a couple of career-development programs for students at NTU. The International Mentorship Program is one of the programs organized by  NTU OIA  to provide NTU students with internship placements in Taiwan’s most influential companies and organizations.
