陳怡辰 Ethan CHEN

Ethan is the Director of State of New Mexico Taipei office, and the official representative for the Greater China region including Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mainland China. The office opened in March 2021 by Ethan, and the mission of this office is to make contact with Taiwan based companies that are looking to expand manufacturing opportunities, and potential importers of New Mexico goods, with a focus on agricultural products.

Prior to joining New Mexico Economic Development Department, Ethan was the Purchasing Director of BizLink Mexico, also acting as Vice President of Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce of Mexico in Juarez & Texas in El Paso, TX. Ethan was selected as 2021 Coordinator of Overseas Compatriot Affairs Commission, Taiwan (R.O.C.).
