This role would require the person to be independent, goal-driven, and data-guided. The person would need to proactively engage with other stakeholders in Taiwan, as well as with the Asian region stakeholders. Where deemed necessary, some business travel maybe required.
Ideally, this person should be able to demonstrate “Can-do” mentality and being a problem-solver when facing challenges.
1. There is a need for improvement in data management of HSES and data analytics of HSE management process.
Our department receives data from multiple contact points and there is a need to streamline this process. An expected process to fulfill the following:
- Streamline process for feedback, inputs, comments from crossfunctional stakeholders to HSE
- Establish a systematic tracking process to followup on stakeholders inputs
- Establish a real-time dashboard with data-filter feature for better data analytic
2. There is a need to improve tracking of statutory TIME (Training, Inspection, Medical surveillance and Equipment) in Asia region. An expected process to fulfill the following:
- User input from regional teams on TIME list details
- Tracking of TIME dates, expiry and other traceable data
- Escalation process for inspection reminder
3. There is a need to align and syncronise safety project implementation in Asia region. A better project management and tracking system is desired. An expected process to fulfill the following:
- Progress tracking of task list/action items by user-input
- Escalation process for task deadline to task owners
- Establish a real-time dashboard on program progress
