Andrew Koh is the Executive Director of the State of Hawai‘i Office in Taipei, where he serves as a bridge between Hawai‘i and Taiwan—advancing tourism, investment, trade, education partnerships, and sister-city/sister-state relationships. He also leads Hawai‘i’s destination marketing efforts in Taiwan as Managing Director of the Hawai‘i Tourism Authority (HTA) – Taiwan Office, working closely with airlines, travel trade, media, and key partners to strengthen Hawai‘i’s brand and rebuild demand. In addition, he is Executive Director of Meet Hawai‘i Asia Pacific, driving meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE) business and strategic partnerships across the region to generate high-value visitation and measurable economic impact for Hawai‘i.
