PERSONAL BIO

Madeline Wen is the Chief of Partnership and Development in Research Division, Development and Evaluation Department at the TaiwanICDF. She leads a team for global partnership and international participation. With a mandate to integrate public, private and people’s resources to development and enhance the visibility of Taiwan in international arena, the division build networks with international development and local partners to work with partner countries for achieving SDGs.

In recent years, the jointly outcome were mainly promoted in UN conference such as UNFCCC COP, UNOC, UN HLPF and UNGA via side events and exhibition. Prior to RDED, Madeline had 14 years’ experience in IT and Human Resource departments, covered information security, infrastructure, and ICT application and also included recruitment, talents management & development, and personnel regulations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Trade Department from Tong Hai University and a Master of Arts in Human Resource and Knowledge Management, Lancaster University.
