Jay received his B.S. and M.S. degree in Business Administration and Management from National Taiwan University in 1996 and 1998 respectively.
Jay is currently leading Garmin Asia Auto OEM Group, in charge of engineering R&D, product planning, program management, sales marketing, quality assurance and services. With over 27 years cross industries experience of Automotive, Telecommunications, and ICT industry, he is professional at P&L operation, corporate strategic planning, product design management, and business development.
