Hong Dingjun was born in Taiwan and grew up in Taipei City. He has always been committed to the education industry and has more than 15 years of English teaching experience. Later, he became a manager due to his outstanding ability, served as director/supervisor, and managed and established branch schools. Since 2019, he has served at TLI Taipei Language because TLI’s mission and vision, perfectly fit his personal aspirations. He was fortunate to get the stage to give full play to his personal talents and has made breakthroughs and growth in three years. Now he has become the person in charge of a number of projects, supervises all Foreign Language Department, and manages nearly 100 foreign teachers at TLI.

【TLI Foreign Language Institute】
TLI Foreign Language was established in 1990, with 20 years of history, teaching English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, and other foreign languages.
Specializing in customized teaching of individual classes and exquisite small classes, management, and training of foreign professional teachers. This year, we assisted the Taipei City Government Education Bureau to hire foreign English co-teaching teachers (ETA) for each school, totaling 20 teachers.
According to the needs of English collaborative teaching teachers, combined with the development of the school's English curriculum, we will organize foreign teacher training courses and conduct visiting counseling after distribution. Another education project is to implement the 2030 bilingual national education policy, assist teachers in some fields of national primary and secondary schools to conduct bilingual teaching skills seminars, and enhance bilingual advantages.

Internship Job Description
In response to the policy of Taiwan becoming a bilingual country in 2030, the Taipei Municipal Bureau of Education cooperated with TLI to recruit foreign teachers from ETA to advance to primary and secondary schools for English teaching assistants and is committed to the implementation of bilingual education. ETA consultants need to care about the needs of ETA foreign teachers, act as a bridge between public primary and secondary schools and TLI, and ensure that the results of ETA teachers can achieve the expected goals of both parties.
