PERSONAL BIO

From professional musician to engineer, from General Manager of StreetVoice to AI Chief at USPACE, Mr. Tseng has spent over 20 years practicing what he calls the “Stacking Effect”—a career philosophy in which skills from each stage are not replaced, but continuously accumulated and mutually reinforced.

During his 15 years at StreetVoice, Mr. Tseng progressed from a PHP engineer to General Manager, redefining product strategy and leading the company to achieve more than 20x growth despite challenging market conditions.

In 2025, he joined USPACE, Taiwan’s largest smart parking platform, as AI Chief, his work includes deeply integrating AI-powered customer service chatbots, dynamic pricing mechanisms, and decision-support systems into the company’s core operations.

Music shaped his creativity, engineering strengthened his problem-solving abilities, and management honed his leadership. Together, these stacked experiences define Mr. Tseng’s interdisciplinary approach to innovation and organizational transformation.

Brief Introduction of the Department

【The AI Department】

The USPACE AI Enablement Department is dedicated to building an AI-driven, high-performance organizational culture and advancing AI capabilities across the entire company. Its core functions span three key areas:
AI Consulting Services — providing one-on-one AI coaching sessions to identify each department’s pain points and deliver customized AI application recommendations.
Training & Enablement — planning and executing AI workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on practical topics such as process automation, content creation, and accelerated software development.
Institutional Framework — establishing an AI skills assessment framework that integrates AI adoption into management evaluations, ensuring strong top-down momentum for organizational change.
In addition, the department drives company-wide adoption of AI tools such as Gemini, cultivates departmental AI seed trainers, and develops API access and data governance policies that empower non-technical staff to independently build light-weight tools.
The AI department's vision is to enable every USPACE team member to effectively harness AI—leveraging technology to boost efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive sustainable innovation across the organization.
