溫特琴 Toi Windham

Toi Windham is an educator, event organizer, and Chairwoman of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan. She is passionate about building bridges between businesses, communities, and cultures, creating meaningful connections that drive positive social, cultural, and economic impact.

As the founder of 啼聲 Elevate LLC, Toi develops events and initiatives that promote social engagement, cultural awareness, and community building throughout Taiwan. Her work focuses on fostering dialogue, encouraging collaboration, and celebrating diversity.

Toi was an organizer of the Taiwan Black Lives Matter rally and the Magic Unicorn float in the Taiwan Pride Parade in 2020. She continues to advance social and cultural awareness through Community Convos, a discussion series that creates safe spaces for meaningful conversations on topics such as race, gender, indigenous rights, and mental and physical health.

As Chairwoman of CanCham Taiwan, Toi is focused on strengthening relationships between Canada and Taiwan, expanding opportunities for members, and creating programs that connect business, culture, and community. Through her leadership, she strives to build inclusive networks, support international collaboration, and create lasting impact across Taiwan.
