敖世芳 Rachel Ao

After graduating from Tsinghua University, Rachel joined ALPHA Networks Inc. and has more than 23 years of experience in designing and verifying technical services for network communication factories.

Currently, she holds the position of Senior Director at the Design Verification and Technical Services Department of Alpha Networks Inc. Her department is dedicated to the verification of product software and hardware design, as well as providing technical support. They ensure product quality from the R&D stage through to mass production. This role has profoundly deepened her appreciation for the seamless integration of software and hardware, while also honing her skills in project management, problem-solving, and cross-departmental communication.

Beyond her professional endeavors, she is enthusiastic about joining the NTU Mentorship Program as a mentor for international students. She is committed to imparting her insights from the tech industry, guiding the students in discovering their career paths, and supporting them in overcoming the challenges they may encounter as they transition into the workforce.

In her leisure time, she is an active member of a Salsa dance club, where she has had the pleasure of meeting international exchange students. These interactions have been delightful opportunities to share and celebrate diverse cultures.
