PERSONAL BIO

Sam is the head of Automotive Product Development Division III of Innolux Corporation, where he is responsible for both automotive software development department and touch display design department. Now he works for CarUX, an innolux company, which will focus on the needs of automotive inducstry. He is assigned to recuit the talents and build a software RD center in Singapore for CarUX. He also defines technology roadmap and new product introduction like Cockpit System for company. Competing with giant companies like Samsung, LG, Bosch, and Continental, his engineering teams work with worldwide famous customers like GM, BMW, Audi and Stellantis.  

His touch team was the world's first successful team to integrate Touch on Display Technology in automotive industry. Software team develops RTOS firmware of cockpit display system in compliance with automotive standard AUTOSAR (a software architecture standard defined for automotive) to communicate with the head unit of vehicle. He has 25+ years of solid knowledge and experience in display system, touch technology and software engineering. Currently, based in CarUX's headquarter, Singapore, he is managing Global Software teams from Taiwan, Netherlands and Singapore.
