【Technology Process Integration team】

The Technology Process Integration (PI) team plays a critical role in Micron’s semiconductor manufacturing and innovation. Its primary focus is on process integration for advanced memory technologies, ensuring that design and manufacturing processes align to deliver high-performance products.

Internship Job Description

【Objective】
Gain hands-on experience in Process Integration (PI) for advanced memory technologies, focusing on DRAM and CMOS processes.

【Key Learning Areas】
- CMOS Basics: Learn about CMOS devices and their role in semiconductor processes.
- DRAM Structure & Process Flow: Understand the fundamentals of DRAM architecture and manufacturing steps.
- Critical Factor Monitoring & Data Analysis: Monitor key factors affecting HPCMOS performance and conduct parametric analysis.
- Model-Based Thinking & Reporting: Summarize findings and present insights through structured reports and presentations.
- HPCMOS vs. Traditional CMOS: Compare performance and process differences between High-Performance CMOS and conventional CMOS.

Preferred Intern Education Level

- Master students

Preferred Intern Skill Sets or Qualities

- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices is essential. 
- Familiarity with engineering software and tools is a proven advantage. 
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 
- Eagerness to learn and successfully implement new technologies.

- Expected working hours per week: 30+
- Salary/Financial Support: NT$45,000+ per month
