李和榮 Ho Jung LEE

Ho Jung joined AUO in 1998, which marked his initiation into the workforce. Being involved in the establishment of an LCD factory, he honed numerous skills along the way. In 2008, he was assigned to the Suzhou Module plant where his responsibilities encompassed the manufacturing of notebook and general display module units.

Throughout this period, he spearheaded the factory's transition towards intelligent manufacturing, yielding commendable outcomes in 2023. After that, he returned to Longtan as the Factory Director of M01 Plant. Under his leadership, M01 underwent a successful transformation into an automotive-specialized factory, with a primary focus on automotive panels and FIDM products.
