蔡庚辛 Tony Tsai

Tony Tsai graduated from the Graduate Institute of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University and completed his bachelor’s degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Cheng Kung University.
He has over 24 years of extensive work experience and has held important positions in various companies. Currently, he is working at Alpha Networks Inc., focusing on the development of millimeter-wave communication baseband technology.
Previously, he served as a Senior Manager at Arcadyan Technology, responsible for the research and development of consumer and communication products. He also worked as a Hardware Engineering R&D Supervisor at Lingsen Precision Industries, managing a team of 5 to 8 people. Additionally, he was a Product Manager at Zyxel Communications, responsible for wireless network product planning, and a Project Manager at Tecom, overseeing R&D projects.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading and exercising, activities that help me stay creative and motivated. He is an active, responsible, and team-oriented person. He warmly welcomes new international members to join his team!
