PERSONAL BIO

Tim Tseng is the Division Chief of Partnership and Development in Research, Development and Evaluation Department(RDED) at the TaiwanICDF. He leads a team for global partnership and international participation. With a mandate to integrate public, private and people’s resources to development and enhance the visibility of Taiwan in international arena, the division build networks with international development and local partners to work with partner countries for achieving SDGs. In recent years, the jointly outcome were mainly promoted in UN conference such as UNFCCC COP, UNOC, UN HLPF and UNGA via side events and exhibition. In addition, he launched the Impact Frontier Lab, the first innovation accelerator for public-private partnership on international assistance in Taiwan. He organized competition and training program to select qualified Taiwanese companies to carry out sustainable business models in developing countries.

Prior to RDED, Tim had years’ experience in the Pubic Health and Medicine Division at the Humanitarian Assistance Department, promoting public health projects, particularly in building health information system in Paraguay and preventing non-communicable diseases in Belize. 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in the Department of Public Health from Fu-Jen University, a Master of Arts in Healthcare Administration from Taipei Medical University, and a Master of Business Administration from Adelphi University.
