Oliver is the Co-Founder & COO of Impact Hub Taipei, responsible for international partnerships, business development, and social-innovation research. His work focuses on incubation program design, cross-sector collaboration, and impact ecosystem building – connecting government, corporates, and social ventures to advance sustainability and social innovation. He was selected for the inaugural 2019 Obama Foundation Leaders: Asia-Pacific cohort, previously served as Regional Co-Host for Impact Hub Asia Pacific and on the Impact Hub Global Brand Committee, and – as a community builder – helped bring CreativeMornings, Fuckup Nights, Glug, and GCUC to Taiwan while fostering Taiwan-global exchange through platforms such as the SEWF.
Before entrepreneurship, he worked at a Fortune 100 multinational across human resources, public affairs, and corporate social responsibility – experience that underpins his operational leadership at Impact Hub Taipei. Passionate about new models of co-creation and the diffusion of social impact, he leverages intermediary organizations like Impact Hub to help entrepreneurs, corporates, and communities achieve outcomes and scale impact. Guided by the vision of “accelerating impact through collaboration,” he continues to design incubation programs and international linkages, translating local practice into solutions that scale across the broader ecosystem.
