With the development of Taiwan’s electronic equipment industry, driven by the fact that traditional industries no longer actively expand factories, Junhao Precision Vision System Department gradually has its own core technology and continues to expand into new industrial fields, such as IC and these new fields. The equipment and technology required by the product all have core technologies with core technologies. How to transfer these core key technologies to product equipment development in these new fields, or to product equipment in these new fields became the direction of Haoxin's research strategy. Focusing on equipment technologies such as 3D IC equipment, precision I testing equipment, 2D+3D built-in testing machines, Inner Crack, etc., we predict the positive focus in the next few years, continue to transform and innovate on technology and technology, and hope to expand to different technologies based on core technology.
In the process of equipment R&D, the work of R&D engineers includes equipment development feasibility assessment, overall planning, detailed R&D design, in-plant system testing, and trial production testing up to the client, in order to make the technology sustainable and more diverse With international competitiveness, we also cooperate with domestic and foreign research institutes (such as the Industrial Technology Research Institute) and domestic and foreign manufacturers (such as MJC of Japan, IBM of the United States) to develop a new generation of technology leading the industry. In the next three years, we plan to actively invest in the development of related manufacturing processes and testing equipment required by the semiconductor industry, using existing technology applications or extensions, and at the same time adopting diverse technical cooperation models. Since the equipment development process requires the integration of mechanical, electrical, and visual technologies required for general design development, it must also fully integrate the product process characteristics to develop process equipment that meets the needs of customers. The work content is extremely complex and rich. It is also challenging, so highly qualified R&D trainees from National Taiwan University are required to participate in the company’s R&D team.
