Dan Lin, the current Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of NapTea, is always passionate about trying new things, and has experienced multiple career fields ever since his college years. While working in the catering industry, Dan learned a lot about agricultural businesses as well as see their potential. Therefore, he decided to co-start Pure Milk Taiwan (鮮乳坊), which is one of the most sustainable and famous milk brands in Taiwan, and later became the Head of HR. Alongside the process of starting up the company, Dan took part in the system building, successfully building up an HR department with such a unique and vibrant working environment.
In 2020, Dan co-started up NapTea with Crown Du(滴妹), a famous Taiwanese YouTuber and KOL. NapTea is one of the few direct-selling-only bubble tea stores in Taiwan, hoping to comfort exhausted people with their drinks, as well as to bring customers a whole-new drinking experience.
