PERSONAL BIO

During his two-year study abroad in France, Bob realized the deficiency of Taiwan’s educational system and thus envisioned revolutionizing the existent system after completing his BA in Business Administration from National Taiwan University. Bob co-founded the educational non-profit organization, Lead For Taiwan with the aim of inspiring and training every student to become a critical thinker and life learner.

On the other hand, Bob believes that one should have not only equal rights but also passions. Besides serving as the Co-CEO of Lead For Taiwan (LFT), Bob is, at the same time, a professional bartender and bar manager. To him, bartending is a form of art and he is dedicated to pursuing the beauty of this art.

- Public Lectures: Planning and assisting in organizing public lectures, workshops, or seminars covering various topics such as non-profit sectors and education issues, to provide value and knowledge to organization members and participants

- Graphic Design and Content Creation: Responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and writing compelling content for various platforms, including social media posts, promotional posters, press releases, website content, etc.
- Marketing Campaign Ideation: Participate in the planning and brainstorming of marketing campaigns, providing innovative marketing concepts and event proposals to enhance the organization's visibility and engagement
- Target Audience Research: Conduct market research to analyze the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the target audience, enabling the development of targeted marketing strategies
- Visual Documentation: Capture and edit visual content, including event documentation, interviews, short films, etc., to enrich LFT's multimedia content
- Monthly Report Letter Production: Assist in creating monthly report towards the subscribers, including topic selection, content arrangement, image using, etc., ensuring that content is valuable and engaging
