Matthew is an international entrepreneur with over 15 years of diverse global experience in fields ranging from digital health to cloud computing to strategy consulting. While he aspires to be many things, at his core he is a dreamer (always looking for better ways to solve old problems), a builder (turning dreams into realities that can outlast him), and a people person (energized by working with and investing in diverse people).

Matthew is currently the Vice President of Product and Operations at PenguinSmart, a digital health company that combines AI and expert insights to provide digital solutions for parent-centered speech and language therapy for children with developmental delays. PenguinSmart is an Alchemist Accelerator & SparkLabs-backed company and was recently named a Top 50 Social Enterprise by the Taiwan Ministry of Digital Affairs. Previously, he led business planning for the cloud services unit of VMware (now Broadcom) and was a product manager at Microsoft. His previous experiences include stints at Accenture, Wellframe, and The JLJ Group, where he was the youngest member of the firm's leadership council. Matthew has served as a consultant to over 40 organizations, including BRAC and One97 (parent company of Paytm).
