PERSONAL BIO

Jenny Lee embarked on her HR journey in 2008, accumulating extensive experience in recruitment and staffing, training and development, compensation and benefits, and talent management, as well as fostering employee relationships.

In 2020, she joined Atlas Copco Taiwan, where she currently holds the responsibility of overseeing all Human Resources functions for the company's employees. Her role extends to being a leader in shaping and upholding the company culture, providing vision, developing strategy, and establishing principles aligned with the Group's guidance on "The Way We Do Things.
