【The Transformation & Strategy Development Division】

Transformation & Strategy Development division is responsible for driving transformation and strategic development initiatives within the company to ensure sustained growth and competitiveness. Our core functions include: establishing and driving cross-industry strategic partnerships and developing and executing key initiatives which are aligned with overall company strategy. We are committed to ensuring the effective implementation of key strategic initiatives and cross-departmental projects. Furthermore, we analyze industry/competitor trends to identify future potential growth areas, laying a solid foundation for the company's long-term development.

- Assist in consolidating market data and information, providing insights
