Rikash is the Co-founder and CEO of Calls over Ridges (INGO). He established a sustainable education model to support children at the epicenter of the 2015 Nepal earthquake, successfully bringing 6,000 underprivileged students back to school. In 2020, he launched an online incubation program aimed at empowering young leaders from Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Myanmar through participant-centred workshops, mentorship sessions, and seed funding support. Over seven years of building and leading the organization, Rikash has continuously developed strong expertise in project management, team leadership, fundraising, and marketing.

Internship Job Description
Calls Over Ridges (COR) is seeking a detail-driven and collaborative Finance & Operations Intern to support the accuracy, consistency, and coordination of internal financial documentation across multiple country teams. This internship is ideal for a junior or senior-year undergraduate student from NTU who is interested in learning how financial and operational controls are maintained within an international NGO, especially in a bilingual and multi-country environment. The intern will play a key supporting role in aligning documentation formats, ensuring bilingual clarity, and facilitating smooth coordination between departments and country teams.
【Key Responsibilities】
Assist in reviewing and refining finance-related templates (e.g., reimbursement forms, expense trackers, procurement records) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and bilingual clarity.
Support the coordination and collection of internal financial documentation across departments and local teams, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
Help maintain COR’s internal financial control folder system, ensuring proper versioning and consistency in formatting and naming conventions.
Cross-check translated documents to ensure alignment between English and Mandarin versions, especially in policies, forms, and manuals.
Coordinate with regional teams to clarify missing or unclear documentation and support alignment with COR’s financial procedures.
Assist with preparing internal process guides or checklists to support team compliance with finance-related workflows.
Participate in periodic documentation reviews to identify inconsistencies or formatting issues that need resolution.

Preferred Intern Skill Sets or Qualities
Currently enrolled as a junior or senior-year student at National Taiwan University (NTU), ideally majoring in Business, Accounting, Public Administration, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing documentation formats and bilingual consistency.
Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive); able to maintain organized and systematic file structures.
Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate across functions and countries.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to review documents for accuracy in both languages.
Familiarity with Slack or shared folder platforms used in team collaboration.
Interest in financial documentation, internal operations, or NGO policy compliance.
