Ana Chu studied Journalism at National Chengchi University, where she developed strong skills in communication, storytelling, and connecting with people — abilities she continues to apply every day at work. She has been with Decathlon for over seven years, leading teams in both small and large stores. She is passionate about building a positive team culture, supporting people’s growth, and creating fun ways to make sports a part of everyone’s life.
