Anny CHEN received her bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. She has a diverse background in the retail industry, starting her Decathlon journey in 2019 as a team member at the Hsinchu store and has also supported the opening of a new store in the US within the same year.
In 2020, Anny returned to Taiwan and took on the role of collective leader (Department Manager), where she was responsible for the collective performance of economic and team developments. After 1.5 years of team-leading experience, she was transferred to the Zhongli store as an Operations Manager in 2021. In this role, she negotiated with vendors and landlords to achieve win-win solutions and empowered autonomous training for the team as a facilitator.
As an avid badminton enthusiast, Anny is always passionate about sharing the benefits of sports and is committed to creating a sustainable 3P (profit-people-planet) value within her team. Currently, she serves as the Retail Store Manager at the Decathlon Zhongli branch.
