PERSONAL BIO

Since 2017, Dragon Lien has served as the Co-Founder and Product Development Manager of Avilon Intelligence, making him a core leader in the company's drone technology and market strategy.
Mr. Lien has achieved remarkable results in Agricultural drone development, leading the design and implementation of diverse drone platforms. His expertise spans the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) systems, agricultural drones, and the development and deployment of security drone systems. Furthermore, he established Taiwan's first autonomous indoor drone solution provider and led his team to secure First place in the Ministry of Transport of Taiwan's Integrated Pilot Project (IPP) drone cross-sea delivery competition in 2021, and was also earned Third Place in the Qualcomm Innovate in Taiwan Challenge during the same period. Since 2019, he has also served as a designated drone operation lecturer for government agencies focusing on disaster relief policy-making, continually contributing her professional knowledge.

Internship Job Description

【What you will engage】
- Communicate with clients and assist in responding to inquiries
- Draft and organize project-related documents such as proposals, competition materials, exhibition briefs, and tenders
- Prepare and support presentation materials for proposals and meetings
- Research and compile information on funding programs, competitions, and public tenders
- Assist in designing and producing marketing materials such as DMs, graphics, and visual assets
- Collaborate with the technical team to support smooth project coordination
- Complete other related tasks as assigned by mentors or supervisors

Preferred Intern Skill Sets or Qualities

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and a responsible attitude
- Willingness to engage with clients and learn the basics of communication and relationship management
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and explore emerging industries
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience in presentation or graphic design is a plus
- Capable of handling documents, organizing files, and managing basic project records
- Willingness to learn document formatting, editing, and clear information presentation
- Basic understanding of project planning and task tracking; able to follow team schedules
- Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written), with intermediate English communication skills—able to read technical documents, write emails, and participate in bilingual meetings or presentations.
- A strong interest in UAVs, smart technologies, or industrial innovation is highly preferred

Others

- Expected working hours per week: 30+
- Salary/Financial Support: NT$20,000~30,000 per month
- Additional Benefits: On site refreshment

Students may be offered the opportunity to continue as interns for up to six additional months after completing the NTU International Mentorship Program, at the discretion of the host organization.
