From 2001 to 2015, Jia played a pivotal role in strengthening market presence and driving growth across multiple business units. She later relocated to SINBON USA and SINBON Ohio to further support global business development initiatives.

With extensive experience in business development, operations optimization, and cross-functional coordination, Jia is recognized as a results-driven leader. She excels in translating strategic vision into execution, leveraging engineering expertise and quality analysis to enhance service delivery, improve operational performance, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and market success.

【Sales and Customer Service Department】

Sales Department
The Sales Department is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and strengthening strategic relationships with key accounts. Its scope includes identifying and developing new projects and product opportunities, securing customer orders, and proactively addressing customer needs. Through close market engagement and responsive service, the department plays a critical role in supporting sustainable revenue growth and long-term business development.

Customer Service Department
The Customer Service Department ensures seamless order execution by coordinating closely with internal teams to support order fulfillment and shipment. It is responsible for managing customers’ mass production requirements and forecasts, achieving on-time delivery performance, and responding effectively to urgent requests or changes. The department serves as a key operational link, ensuring reliability, continuity, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Internship Job Description

The Product Assistant serves as the primary owner for assigned products and acts as the key leader for critical projects or programs involving new or strategic customers. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to meet customer timelines, ensuring successful project launches in the factory, and driving the team to complete PPAP and any other required project qualification activities.

Preferred Intern Education Level

- Undergraduate students (third year and above)

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to understand product drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Solid data and documentation skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, project schedules, and other reporting tools
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
