PERSONAL BIO

Charlie Chang studied at the National Taiwan Normal University for his master's degree. He joined Decathlon as a department manager in 2015, became operation leader in 2017, and then store leader in 2020. For the past few years, he has dedicated myself to the local store project, providing the best customer service and products to the users.

He has also worked every day on the field with his team to achieve the goals and develop more talents for Decathlon. He is now the store leader of the Nantun store, leading over 75 teammates to make more people discover the wonders of sport.
