Benjamin is a teacher of culture. Blessed with the fortune of being biracial, he is fluent in both English and Chinese. He is experienced in the social landscape of the United States, China, and the Island of Taiwan. He is also a well-known entertainment personality among the Chinese-speaking population around the world. From a young age, he has participated in performing arts, martial arts, and yoga. Engineering this method for the masses is the task of Academic Affairs. This is accomplished by working with teachers to document classes through but not limited to the written word, video content, and/or virtual experiences.

Internship Job Description

The goal of the Curriculum Development and Design coordinator is to work with a teacher at TLI School of Language in Motion and assist them to record and organize their curriculum in a learner-friendly way. We are looking forward to using the fresh lens of an intern to better integrate traditions of the old into the fold of the new. What could be a slightly challenging task is that the curriculum is to be shared across multiple languages and cultures, beginning with English, Chinese, and French.

Yoga Martial is a brand with a series of courses dedicated to the passing down of time-honored Eastern traditions through the lens of modern-day education. To achieve this goal, Yoga Martial has partnered with Taipei Language Institute (TLI) to create a multilingual educational experience geared to spread the understanding of the human body, mind, and soul, which led to the establishment of TLI School of Language in Motion. We believe that sharing the importance of proper body mechanics, breathing control, emotional management, and the spiritual practice of stillness are core components to living life in a fully conscious way. The Marketing Communications of TLI School of Language in Motion is meant to help capture and spread these core values through different media using multiple languages.

Internship Job Description

Student Affairs at TLI School of Language in Motion provides assistance to help interns familiarize with the courses being taught at Yoga Martial and understand the needs of most or all students who are learning and respond accordingly. The outcomes of the internship are allowing interns to become instructors and teach Pilates independently, strategically attracting new students, and executing events and retreats to the Yoga Martial community through sustainable approaches.
