PERSONAL BIO

Kuan-I Lee graduated from National Taiwan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2014 and from Tsinghua University with a Master of Global Affairs in 2018. He involved in climate change and sustainability since 2015 by joining UNFCCC COP21 and COP22 as an NGO observer and supporting Taiwan's climate change adaption policy framework setting as an advisor.

In 2019, he joined EDF’s renewables team in Beijing and engaged in investment and asset management of offshore wind projects in the Asia Pacific market. At the beginning of 2022, he was relocated to Taipei and served as the first presence of EDF Renewables in Taiwan to lead business development and facilitate Wei Lan Hai Changhua project development which was successfully awarded in the auction.

Now, he is in charge of floating offshore wind project development to bid in the floating demo program and key stakeholder engagement such as suppliers, CPPA off-takers, and financial institutions.
