We expect all of our team in the coffee shops to fully experience the different stages of barista-related training programs from Basic Barista (BB, BB+) to Advanced Barista (AB) involving theory and on-the-job training. Furthermore, we hope to explore how to establish and maintain our relationship with our clients.
On the technical parts, we expect that the mentees can learn from basic coffee knowledge, the coffee-brewing theory, the control techniques, the SCA standards and the coffee bean roastery theory, etc…in order to pursue the optimal quality of each cup of coffee served to our clients.
On the service parts, we expect that the mentees can learn our belief about “ crafted to your taste” from “why “to “what “and “how”. We hope every client to our shops no matter what their intention in the first beginning will be touched by our sincerity, profession and respect and leave the shops with a satisfactory smile.
Every day we face all different kinds of clients with high social status. Hence, knowledge of specialty coffee and a learning attitude are the essentials to succeed in this job. We will appreciate our mentees equipped with these criteria.
