Job Title
Founder & Chairman
PERSONAL BIO

Graham, Liao Guo-Ming, was born in Taipei in 1968. He committed himself for nearly 20 years with full passion to the coffee business since 2003 when he established his first coffee shop in the center of Taipei. Unlike other business players in the industry who focus on return and profit, Graham aimed to fully explore the potential and beauty of coffee from beans to cups.
“In the first beginning, we just simply shared our coffee knowledge and love with our customers without any complicated calculation. However, we realized there was a big gap between the perception of the market and the majority of consumers.” 19 years ago, nobody knew what specialty coffee was, and the perception of a good coffee shop consisted of good atmosphere and good decoration, but not “good coffee."
Therefore, the biggest challenge for Graham was to become the pioneer to promote specialty coffee and to develop a diversity of flavors and aromas via blending his own house blends. His coffee philosophy is exactly like his life philosophy: every coffee blend is like a person with his own special personality. Although it sounds incredible, that’s what he believes and embraces!
