馬靜如 Seraphim MA

Seraphim Ma was appointed as the managing partner of Baker McKenzie's Taipei office in July 2021. She joined the firm in 1990 and is consistently ranked as a Band 1/Tier 1 attorney by Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 respectively. Seraphim's widely recognized knowhow includes intellectual property law, dispute resolution (criminal, civil and administrative litigation), joint venture projects with government, and employment law.

Seraphim received the prestigious awards including the Top 50 Women Leaders by International Employment Lawyer in 2022 as well as the Asia Women in Business Law Award by the Euromoney Legal Media Group in 2014 and 2016, all of which were granted to her as the only winner from Taiwan. She is a prominent and active civic leader who provides practical recommendations to the Taiwan government on key legislation through senior executive positions. She was also the board governor and supervisor of the American Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan, and the Co-Chair of both the AmCham and European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan HR Committees.
