After graduating from Providence University with a degree in Spanish Literature and a minor in International Trade, Esperanza worked at a forwarding company for a year. She then recognized the importance of IT and decided to pursue further education in e-commerce programming, learning C, C++, Java, HTML, and SQL Server, which opened new career paths for her. Later, she completed her master's degree abroad in the UK. She joined Infineon Taiwan as a field application engineer at first, before transitioning to a sales role, where she has been ever since. Five years ago, she decided to expand her work experience and took a job opportunity with Infineon China. The sudden change came with challenges, but it also brought opportunities, which is something she has always believed in.
