Before joining TÜV Rheinland and RE100, Sammy served as the Director of the European Chamber of Commerce's Low Carbon Initiative (LCI) for over 10 years. In this role, Sammy shaped the LCI's structure, partnered with global and Taiwanese premium partners to facilitate flagship events such as the Global Offshore Wind Summit - Taiwan (GOWST), Taiwan Renewable Procurement Summit, and International SDGs Forum. Sammy's collaborative efforts have resulted in the publication of eight impactful reports, covering topics ranging from net-zero energy to circular supply chain outlooks, shaping the discourse on sustainability and renewable energy in Taiwan and beyond. Sammy's strategic leadership has seen remarkable growth, expanding LCI membership from 13 to 109, including National Taiwan University, key state-owned companies like Taiwan Power Company, CPC Taiwan, and Taiwan International Ports Corp. (TIPC).
Last but not least, Sammy has mentored over 20 interns from around the globe, fostering diverse perspectives and experiences in the journey towards sustainability.
