PERSONAL BIO

Robin Ingram graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Master's of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with Renewable Energy in 2013. He joined Mott MacDonald as a wind power engineering consultant, having already performed several internships with the company during his studies. In 2016, he had the opportunity to relocate to Asia, to work on some of the first onshore wind projects in South-East Asia, and also the first offshore wind projects in North-East Asia, with a focus on Taiwan.

Robin took on increasing responsibility, eventually becoming the Wind Power Development Lead for East Asia in 2019. In 2023, Robin joined EDF Renewables as the Head of Engineering for Taiwan, where he now supports all technical activities induding growing the engineering team in Taipei, and also leading the engineering team developing the Wei Lan Hai Changhua Project which was awarded to the company in Round 3.1 of the Taiwan offshore wind auctions.
