Michael Wu is the Founder and CEO of MyTaiwanTour, with extensive experience in the tourism and corporate management sectors. Leveraging IMBA training in business management and language skills, successfully built Taiwan’s first full-English travel agency specializing in customized itineraries for Western visitors. Under his leadership, MyTaiwanTour gained strong media recognition, welcomed over 10,000 international travelers from more than 70 countries in 2015, and was awarded TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence. Currently serving as Chairman of the Dream Travel Taiwan Association, Board Member of the Taiwan Convention & Exhibition Association, Co-Chair of the ECCT Tourism Committee. Career background spans roles in international development, aviation, legal affairs, and travel industry operations, including positions at the International Cooperation and Development Fund (ICDF), Mandarin Airlines, China Airlines, and Mayyun Travel Service. Recognized with multiple honors, including Top 100 MVP Manager (2016), Future Influential Figure (2017), Distinguished Alumnus of National Tsing Hua University (2018), and Outstanding Tourism Professional (2021).

With professionalism and efficiency as guiding principles, the office ensures the company’s stable operations and sustainable growth.

Internship Job Description

Social Media Management:
- Assist in managing English-language social media platforms for various brands
- Develop SEO strategies and create related content
- Track and analyze data, and regularly compile into simple reports
- Handle cross-industry collaboration projects
- Research potential distribution channels and brand partners

Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Support marketing projects and internal administrative processes
- Assist in completing tasks and projects assigned by supervisors
