Sam Hsieh is the Chief Customer & Operations Officer at PCA Life Taiwan leading Customer Experience, Life Operations, and Information Technology Departments to develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure seamless customer journey.

Sam joined PCA Life Taiwan as Chief Information Technology Officer in 2022. Prior to joining PCALT, Sam served in various senior leadership roles across functions at a number of international financial institutions in Taiwan, including Allianz Life, CUB, SCB and UBS. He is skilled in Business Strategy & Planning, Change Management, and Corporate Transformation.

Internship Job Description

- Leverage Prudential Group resources to develop AI Tools to enhance daily operational efficiency and use graphic analytics to monitor system application to prevent from incidents and hence improve the efficiency.
- Utilize Python, Java, C++, Ruby or JavaScrit tools, SQL, or NoSQL to perform data analytics.
- Potential career role includes AI Engineer, Data Analyst, Business Analyst and System

Preferred Intern Education Level

- Undergraduate students (third year and above)
- Master students

Preferred Intern Skill Sets or Qualities

- Familiar with Python, Java, C++, Ruby or JavaScript
- With an agile, proactive, self-learning working attitude
- Interested in data analysis, developing production data pipelines or data platforms
- Possess sofrware development or project management experience
