Anne Marie Ke joined Decathlon eight years ago, starting as a part-time sales assistant in the pursuit of experience within the sports industry. After graduation, she secured a full-time position as a sports leader for Decathlon. Anne Marie then proceeded to become a Department Manager not long after. In 2020, Anne Marie became the store leader for Xindian, contributing valuable insights to its development and successful implementation where she guided a team of 60. Throughout her career, Anne Marie has consistently demonstrated dedication to both sports and people development.
This dedication, coupled with her proven leadership and strategic contributions, led to her current position as Country People Leader (HR Leader). In this role, she plays a crucial role in shaping Decathlon's transformation and ensuring the company's continued success in Taiwan.

Internship Job Description
As an HR Intern, your responsibility will be:
- Support the Internal Communication: Internal Newsletters, admin of internal Intranet and Company website
- Employer Branding on social network and communities: posting on different channels to bring the Company closer to the potential candidates
- Calling candidates, shortlisting, and maintaining the data
- Support Recruitment activities: involve in organizing recruitment events and follow-up the recruitment process, as a bridge between hiring teams and candidates
