【HR Department】

The functions covered by RT-Mart Human Resources Department include: compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, career development, internal communication, operational support, customer service projects, organizational transformation projects, and corporate social responsibility. In addition to the traditional human resources tasks, We attach more importance to the integration of human resources majors with business needs. Through the human resources majors, we support the development of various strategies, shape the corporate culture of "Happy at Work", and become business partners and strategic human resources that enable business results.

Internship Job Description

The internship period will be divided into three phases:
- Get to know RT-Mart Human Resources Department: This stage focuses on the understanding of the environment. Through working with the managers and colleagues of various functions, you will gradually understand the tasks and goals of each group.
-Selected work group: After understanding the tasks and goals of each function, students can choose one or several groups to learn more according to their own interests, and we will arrange tasks according to the students' choice.
- Presentation of work results: Based on the tasks received in the previous stage, we will set goals for the students, learn how to gradually achieve the goals in the process, and present the results before the end of the internship period to summarize their own growth

- undergraduate students (third year and above)
