Hong DingChing was born in Taiwan and grew up in Taipei. He has been dedicated to the education industry for over 15 years, eventually becoming a manager, serving as a director/supervisor, managing and establishing branch schools. Since 2020, he has been working at TLI Taipei Language Institute, where the mission and vision align with his personal aspirations. He has had the opportunity to showcase his talents, achieving significant growth over three years. He is now responsible for several projects and, due to his research in cutting-edge AI technologies, he currently leads the company's digital innovation department, developing skills in both technology and marketing.

The UX Design function focuses on understanding user behavior and translating insights into clear, actionable improvements for products and services. We are dedicated to mapping workflows, uncovering pain points, and designing processes that create seamless and intuitive experiences.
