With 30 years of expertise in the non-life insurance industry, Joe has navigated various departments, including Underwriting, Claims, and Marketing, and currently spearheads the Reinsurance Department.

His extensive experience spans the entire spectrum of non-life insurance operations, encompassing product introduction, risk analysis, underwriting, claims settlement, and reinsurance ceding. Notably, Joe has served as the chairman of the Casualty Insurance Committee at the Non-life Insurance Association, contributing to the development and promotion of innovative insurance products.

His role involved liaising with the Insurance Bureau on product-related matters and overseeing meetings to resolve disputed claims cases. Leveraging his wealth of experience, Joe is well-equipped to assist business operators in evaluating strategies to transfer liability risks associated with their operations. Furthermore, he is poised to share insights into the development and design of new insurance products and guide others on accessing international reinsurance information to effectively spread risks within the reinsurance market.
