蔡嘉豪 Klaud TSAI

Klaud Graduated from the Institute of Opto-Mechatronics Chung Cheng University, he joined Innolux Corporation in 2010, has more than 13 years of display industry experience in a-Si, IGZO, LTPS, LTPO TFT base panel design and new technology development of display. He has many front-end panel design and new technology development experiences, He is currently manager of technology development department, and responsible to develop LCD&uLED technology for company future growth, and also led the team to win many display technology awards almost every year, like the TDUA Gold Panel Awards, Science Park Innovative Product Award and Taiwan Excellence Award.

Under his leadership, the team not only concentrates on advancing technologies such as AR/VR, LC lens, floating image LCD, and upcoming applications but also envisions the integration of uLED in future projects. Comprising young and dynamic members, the team excels in generating innovative designs and applications. His passion for innovation is evident through the acquisition of more than 100 certified patents and a similar number pending approval. The team consists of engineers with diverse expertise in TFT devices, electrical engineering, optics, and programming. This collaborative environment not only fosters mutual learning and growth but also ensures a friendly atmosphere among colleagues.
