【Taiwan FE MFG PMO Cost Department】
PMO is responsible for enabling Taiwan FE MFG performance through sound strategies recommendation and discussions, and cost team is the key to enable cost related activities to support Taiwan site to meet business goals by guiding on the right track. Work with related stakeholders to develop a roadmap to assure projects, lead projects in an effective way, do cost analysis on different cost element to initiate saving actions. Besides of run the business, cost team also keeps looking for continue improvement opportunities to transform the business towards world-class benchmark cost.

Internship Job Description
- Understand Micron cost KPI/metrics and the connection of visibility of performance to target/plan.
- Get involve in cost element model and auto system build up to support budgeting, projection and performance tracking.
- Work with team to identify the key factor for cost element model.
- Set up a simulation model and compare with actual data to validate model accuracy.
- Go-live the model to support cost opportunity identification.
