He has served as Associate Vice President at WNC, Taiwan, since 2003, where he also leads a Business Unit. His work centers on strategic management of major U.S. and U.K. network operators and the advancement of next-generation connectivity.

At WNC, CW has driven innovation in Wi-Fi 7, 5G FWA, and AI-enabled products, spanning concept, development, and commercialization. His professional focus bridges product innovation, engineering execution, and operator-grade business development and partnerships worldwide.
