Jasmine Hsu is the People & Culture Director of IKEA North Asia, overseeing IKEA’s talent and people strategies, culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. She has held this position since 2015, and she is responsible for leading the company’s global people strategy. Jasmine shows the overall people agenda which has at its heart belief in people, in leading with purpose, and in encouraging the business and people to grow together.

Internship Job Description

- Understanding IKEA's culture and values.
- Exploring opportunities for IKEA as an employer brand on campus, planning and executing optimization solutions.
- Support P&C projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, optimizing the new employee onboarding experience
- Understanding various P&C data, developing and analyzing visual reports.
- More understand IKEA Retail - store attachement experience.
- Provide general administrative support to the P&C department.

- undergraduate students (third year and above)

- Good numerical & analytical skills.
- Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
