- Understanding IKEA's culture and values.
- Exploring opportunities for IKEA as an employer brand on campus, planning and executing optimization solutions.
- Support P&C projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, optimizing the new employee onboarding experience
- Understanding various P&C data, developing and analyzing visual reports.
- More understand IKEA Retail - store attachement experience.
- Provide general administrative support to the P&C department.
