Jay has been serving at Michelin since 1993. He is experienced in finance, credit, logistics and information management, as well as sales executive of different product lines. In 2008, together with the project team, Jay introduced Michelin’s distribution franchise TyrePlus Car Service Center in Taiwan to bring a brand new consumer experience that is completely different from the traditional tire industry. In 2012, Jay was transferred to China Region as Operational Marketing Manager in Truck and Bus tire product line, and his performance was well received. In 2016, he was appointed as the first Taiwanese Chairman of Michelin Taiwan, leading Michelin to become the most well-known tire brand in Taiwan. In 2018, first Michelin Guide was launched in Taiwan to promote Taiwan's gourmet to tourists from the world.
